Pet Odor Urine Restoration.
The pet odor and urine damage is the most complex and inexact procedure a professional restoration technician faces. I personally recommend to simply start out with a cleaning. This fixes the majority of basic urine damage in carpeting. If satisfactory results are not obtained there are more complex procedures to resort to if needed. The carpet can be detached from the floor and rolled back. After inspection I can replace urine soaked carpet pad, and treat the carpet backing. This is a more complete restoration technique. In a worst case scenarios urine can soak into baseboards and begin to climb drywall and insulation within the wall.
